Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required upon booking confirmation. This deposit secures your reservation and ensures availability of the requested vehicle for your event. Cancellation Window: Customers have the option to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any penalty charges, and the deposit will be fully refunded. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible in such situations. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a reservation, customers must notify Fiat500Ciaccarella in writing via email or phone call. Please provide your booking details and reason for cancellation to expedite the process. Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable window will be processed promptly, and the deposit will be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
